Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance within a sales team (5-10 people) to deliver against retail media advertising sales targets
• Ensure that Sales processes are complete and adhered to, & service processes and that target tracking is kept up to date
• Identify shortfalls in the sales process and help improve efficiency and productivity
• Track key productivity metrics and manage the team against key outcomes.
• Drive improvements in the quality of data and reporting offered to clients
• Develop strategies for acquiring new advertising customers, and retaining and upselling existing customers
• Assist in the hands-on management of strategic brands and support client engagement for high-value advertising customers
• Manage and support a team of Sales Specialists with day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
• Experience in establishing sales management processes
• Experience with CRM tool(s)
• eCommerce experience is preferred but not required
• Strong people management skills
• Strong negotiating and numerical skills attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Commercially astute with an inherent understanding of the drivers of business value
