Job Description

Position Summary HR/MANAGER

The HR Personnel will manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions in a small, growing Curtains & Blinds shop, ensuring staff organization, compliance, and a positive work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in an Industrial Organizational psychology (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Must have at least 2 years experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
