Key Responsibilities

• Managing multiple large and medium sized clients according to the stages in a client life cycle and logging on average 10 – 15 appointments weekly.
• Ensuring the Executive Sponsor relationship is maintained with your client sponsor and the client
• Creating and maintaining the client information pack
• Manage the opening of accounts process as well as comprehensive implementation of – and continuous updating of client information
• Be accountable for the contract negotiations process, understanding and mitigating the risk identified
• Presenting to and implementing new DSV products, processes and strategies with client (s)
• Management of client queries
• Quality checking estimates and ensuring they are submitted on time

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding
• Minimum of 5 years client facing experience
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• B.Com Logistics/Supply Chain Management would be beneficial but not a requirement.
