Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop any reports
• Set clear expectations and provide the mentorship needed for your direct report to grow
• Interpret and contribute materially to the broader marketing strategy, acting as a genuine strategic counterpart to the Head of Marketing
• Own the content strategy end to end, with your direct report as a key contributor
• Act as the second layer of interrogation on all content before it reaches the Head of Marketing, adding research depth, technical comprehension, and insight
• Operationalise the marketing function, managing brief intake, studio and team workflow, and the balance between brief volume and production capacity
• Run stand-ups and set the standard of accountability within the team
• Act as the escalation point when delivery is at risk, and resolve competing stakeholder priorities before they reach the Head of Marketing
