Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Setup & Delivery Operations Lead end-to-end presentation setup, environment cloning, and master curriculum synchronization across live production platforms in alignment with Course Requirements Trackers.
• Oversee module release schedules, access gates, and cohort calendars to uphold university partner operating standards.
• Manage the configuration of gradebook algorithms, weighted evaluation criteria, and provisional grade release schedules to automate completion certification workflows.
• Direct the integration of custom LTIs, third party educational technology tools, including identity verification modules and social annotation platforms.
• Cohort Dynamics & Active Launch Execution Oversee dynamic cohort balancing, automated learner enrollment pipelines, and late-enrollment workflows across Class Groups, Small Groups, and Marking Groups.
• Coordinate the automated deployment of instructional discussion threads, welcome posts, and collaborative prompts on behalf of academic facilitation teams.
• Monitor post-launch group stabilization and execute manual group adjustments to maintain optimal facilitator-to-learner ratios.
• Governance, Quality Assurance & Escalation Management Establish multi-tiered quality assurance protocols – including infrastructure, timeline, and peer-review gates – to guarantee zero-defect presentation launches.
