Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, configure, and improve CRM, contact centre, reporting, and related tools to support effective revenue operations.
• Execute daily operational duties and responsibilities for the Technical Business Intelligence Analyst role in accordance with Hyperiondev standards.
• Collaborate with departmental team members and management to achieve scheduled operational targets.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with company operating guidelines.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement solutions.
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and communication across all relevant workflows.

Requirements

• + years’ experience in technical business analysis, Revenue Operations, business intelligence, or a similar role involving systems and data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and configuring business tools to support operational workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations, reporting requirements, or technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify trends, test assumptions, and draw meaningful inferences from complex datasets.
• Experience building reports and dashboards and analysing commercial or operational performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience integrating tools and working with data flows between systems, including through no-code or low-code solutions.
