Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate technical vetting. Reviewing AI generated Assessments for specific positions.
• Review & Grade candidate assessment submissions.
• Conduct technical Interviews with candidates who pass the assessment.
• Provide summaries (write-ups) of the candidate that can be submitted to the Customer.
• Provide feedback to the Head of Technical Vetting on our technical vetting rigour and process.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve platform tools and insights for tech vetting.
• Document and maintain guidelines for assessments, scoring, and summaries.
• Technical assessment ability : Strong judgment in evaluating assignment submissions and conducting technical interviews across multiple tech stacks.

Requirements

• Interviewing skills: Can run structured technical interviews that assess both hard skills and problem-solving approaches.
• + years as a senior tech professional, we're on the look out for: Senior Software Engineers, Leads or Managers with experience in C++, and/or, C#/.NET, and/or MERN stack, and/or Golang
• Senior Data Engineers (or Leads, Managers)
• Senior Data Scientists, Data Analysts (or Leads, Managers)
• Senior DevOps / Platform Engineers (or Leads, Managers)
• Extensive experience conducting technical interviews and reviewing assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify high-quality candidates.
• No death-by-meeting.
